Vintage Advertising, National Mazda Buckeye Mazda Lamps Metal Display Advertising

  • $ 47500

Vintage advertising countertop pressed tin metal display. Very rare hardware store display advertising Mazda Edison and Westinghouse light bulbs. There is an original example of each bulb on either side. This advertising display was issued by Buckeye who were one of the original forming members of The National Company in 1901.

Great vintage graphics of a lady choosing National Mazda light bulbs in her progressive household in the early 1910's.

The back of the metal advertising display has printed salesman instructions and guidance on how to engage customers and sell more lamps.

Also included is a small advertising booklet for incandescent lamps. These were found together so I have left them together. The booklet was issued by Bryan Marsh Incandescent Lamp Co who were one of the original founders of NELA (National Electric Lamp Association) which formed in 1901 into The National Company to compete with GE.

A great addition to your vintage advertising collection.
