Vintage pair of cold painted Austrian bronze sculptures. Cast as a pair of western mounted gaucho cowboys these would make ideal bookends. Both figures are highly animated with movement, one gaucho shooting his rifle as his horse rears on its back legs. The other cowboy figure is similarly on a rearing horse about to release his lasso perhaps on a stray steer. These would make a great addition to any western style property or library. These date to circa 1910.
