Antique carved stag handle briar walking stick. The main shaft of the walking stick is made from a hardwood briar which is topped with a carved stag horn handle. The long handle has a carved figure of a hunter lying in wait for his prey with his gun. His clothing and facial features suggest the turn of the 20th century in date and most likely European in origin. The handle can be removed by unscrewing and is bridged by a metal ferrule decorated with dancing cherubs.

This would make a great birthday gift, novelty walking stick gift or housewarming gift.

MEASUREMENTS

Sampler measures 46.5" long by 24" wide and weighs 1lb 4oz.
