Antique cast iron and slotted wood fruit press. More commonly referred to as wine or cider presses this heavy vintage press is still completely functional for any traditional pressing. This primitive kitchen utensil was used in most kitchens in the late 19th, early 20th century. There are no makers marks on it but many company's such as enterprise made these along with a large array of household goods.

A great addition to your decorative arts collection or vintage home decor or could be used for making cider or wine.

Vintage fruit press measures 20" tall 11" wide by 11" deep and weighs 29lb 11oz.

CONDITION

In good working condition with signs of use commensurate with age. The press plate moves up and down with ease (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
