Antique collapsible coin purse. Expanding mesh coin purse made with a sterling silver frame by Simon brothers of Philadelphia. Beautifully decorated with floral repousse on the top surrounding the previous owners monogram M J. Dating to the late 19th, early 20th century these fine evening coin purses were also used by ladies as dance card requests.
