Antique Heintz Arts & Crafts Metal Humidor
Antique Heintz Arts and Crafts cylindrical metal tobacco humidor. Manufactured from bronze with a sterling silver decorative cartouche on top this stunning jar style humidor has an aperture on the inside lid for a moisture sponge. This original humidor dates from between June 11th 1911 and August 27th 1912. tHis is thought to be the rarer green patina finish as Heintz pieces are spun bronze on sheet metal. The bronze, normally yellow-colored before patination, is copper-plated if it is to be patinated a brown color. If it is to be Heintz's green finish, it doesn't get plated and remains yellow-colored.

Humidor measures 9“ tall by 4" wide and 4" deep and weighs 1lb 15oz.
CONDITION
This humidor is in good physical condition considering age and use and has been well looked after. There is some aging to the metal on the inside (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
