Antique sterling silver hat pin. Art nouveau British silver hallmarked hat pin for holding flowers or ribbons on a hat. Marked with the standard sterling silver mark (lion passant), city mark for Chester (pawnbrokers set), year mark for 1904 (D) along with the unidentified silversmith (W&R).
