Aviation fabric from the Spruce Goose. This piece of fabric was airborne as part of the Hk 1 flying boat on the historic flight undertaken by Howard Hughes along the Long Beach, California on November 2nd, 1947. This fabric was part of 1000 pieces auctioned off as presentation pieces to help raise funds for the preservation of the Spruce Goose. It is numbered 710/1000 and sealed on a corporate certificate from the Evergreen Airventure museum in Oregon. A great addition to your aviation collection.

MEASUREMENTS

Item measures 11“ wide by 13.75“ long and weighs almost 2 lbs.

CONDITION

In good used condition with signs of use commensurate with age (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
